NEW! IEP Review Like NEVER Before

Parent Resources Special Education Tips

So a few weeks ago I asked the parents in the help center (which is run 100% online so you can get help whenever you need it, right from your phone), if they wanted me to give REAL examples of IEPs that I'm working on and show the good, bad, and ugly through video.  They answer, YES! YES! YES! Within a week I had our first training video posted. The parents were able to see in the video what the IEP look like and what I loved and hated about the IEP for this client of mine. It's so much easier to learn from a real example vs some book or blog that shows you "perfect" examples or bogus, don't do this type examples.  These are real IEPs that are being used right now. They aren't perfect, in fact, they probably look really similar to your child's IEP! I haven't even updated the HELP Center enrollment page yet to show everyone what we are doing, but now YOU have the scoop! The next training video is being posted THIS Friday...do you want to know where I get my IEP examples??? From the Help Center Members...that could be you!  You enroll in the Help Center, get a crazy amount of IEP help straight from your phone/tablet and you'll see just how you can submit your child's IEP for review. IMPORTANT NOTE:  There's no extra fee for having your child's IEP reviewed! I can't guarantee everyone will get a review, BUT as of right now...I'm pretty sure that everyone who enrolls and submits their IEP is going to get reviewed before the end of the school year :) Enrollment for the Help Center is OPEN...  Remember, the school system is broken, but your child's IEP doesn't have to be. Best, Catherine Whitcher, M.Ed
