I know I'm going to cause some trouble with this video and I really don't want to.  It's just that sometimes when you sign this type of medical form, for the school, it can cause some issues for your family.  I really want you to think twice before signing this form.  You have a CHOICE!     You can retract permission letters, absolutely. Typically they are only valid for one year, but you should definitely check.

    Can I retract the letter if I signed it two years ago or how long of a time period is that release form valid?
